Masters at Work built this as a love letter to Latin jazz, boogaloo, and disco all at once, and somehow it never feels like a history lesson. George Benson and Roy Ayers show up as guests, but the real stars are the rhythm arrangements — congas and horns trading space like a live band, because mostly it was one. "It's Alright, I Feel It" is the one that gets people moving first. Deep enough to get lost in for an hour.
