Lucky Cat

ISAN work in small sounds — delicate synth patterns, soft percussion, little melodic fragments that circle back on themselves. Lucky Cat has a lighter touch than a lot of IDM from this period, more playful and less aggressive about its own complexity. The sequencing is tight and the whole thing flows naturally from track to track. Put it on when you need something that moves without demanding attention.
