Deru builds this one out of tape hiss and half-remembered melody, like a memory you can't quite bring into focus. It's IDM but it doesn't chase the usual glitch-and-snap playbook — the drums are soft, almost buried, and the melodies are what stick. "Say Goodbye" is the standout, a genuinely emotional piece of electronic music that doesn't need a beat drop to earn it. Headphones record, no question.
