Jazz-FunkMcGriff plugs the Hammond into a wah pedal and just goes, and the whole record is built on that one nasty decision. It's greasy, low-slung, funkier than most of his catalog gets credit for. The title cut is the reason to own this — that organ tone alone is worth the price. Deep soul-jazz crate stuff, overshadowed by his more famous Sue Records sides, but this one's got more grit.
