Jazz-FunkSmooth jazz gets a bad reputation partly because of records that tried to copy this one badly. The title track is a genuine groove — that sax line is instantly recognizable, and the rhythm section never overplays it. This is Kudu Records doing what it did best: polished but still funky underneath. Play the title cut first, then let the rest of the record just ride behind it.
