Wrath of the Math

DJ Premier handles most of the production and keeps things deliberately stripped — hard drums, minimal samples, lots of room for Jeru to move. The beats are leaner than the first album but hit just as hard in a different way. Jeru's flow is precise and the bars hold up to repeated plays. 'One Day' and 'Ya Playin' Yaself' are both worth the price of admission.
